Shipping policy

We are as excited as you are to get your order on its way! Below you will find all the important information about how we pack, ship and delivery your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (Christmas, Bank Holidays, Strikes, etc.).

Express delivery: £4.95
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 working days. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Places

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a location within their guidlines. In these cases, delivery is considered completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and secure.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived:

Wait 7 working days from your dispatch confirmation
Contact us at support@cheersbabyco.com with your:
- Full Name
- Order number
- Delivery address

We will:

Open an investigation with the courier
Update you on the progress
Arrange replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost. A parcel is only considered “lost” once the courier completes their investigation.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom mainland only.

We are working hard to expand delivery to the EU, US, and other regions. Sign up to our Cheers Club to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
