We want you to love your Cheers Baby Co. products! If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
Our Returns Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- With the tamper-evident hygiene seal fully intact
- In its original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, marks, damage or use
- Returned with proof of purchase

Returns that arrive damaged, opened, used or with missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of baby teething products, any item with a broken, opened or removed hygiene seal cannot be returned, except where the product is faulty.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@cheersbabyco.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at returns@cheersbabyco.com if:
- Your item is damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong product
We will replace the item or offer a refund once we verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used items
- Items with the hygiene seal broken or removed
- Custom bundles
- Digital items (eGift cards)
- Clearance or final-sale items
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest method is:
- Return the item using the process above
- Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item
UK & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- The item must remain unused
- The tamper-evident hygiene seal must be intact
- Packaging must be original and intact
- Proof of purchase is required
You may request cancellation by email, live chat, or by using our Model Cancellation Form linked below.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete processing
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@cheersbabyco.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging
